In the midst of the action

What do you get when there are no train services because of an accident and thousands of football fans wanting to go home? Actually, no. Don’t answer me, it was a rhetoric question. I have never experienced such chaos, such noise and such a huge mass of people crowded together. At one point I decided to hang back and catch the next train in fear of being trampled by the mass… it was that busy! Apparently, a little earlier on the day a train had hit a person and therefor all the train services between Eindhoven – Tilburg and Eindhoven – ‘s Hertogenbosch were temporarily unavailable. This basically means that literally everyone got stranded in Eindhoven.
